How to distinguish a coating side?

IR-cut filter(ICF) is a short pass (or called a lowpass filter) filter that blocks infrared light and transmits the visible range light(400~700nm).
Infrared (IR) cut-off filters are used with color CCD or CMOS imagers to produce true color images. An IR cut-off filter blocks the transmission of the infrared while passing the visible. This can be done with two optical techniques: absorption or reflection. Absorptive filters are made with special optical glass that absorbs near infrared radiation.If you need this absorptive IR blocking filter,please choose our blue glass filter.
